Nature Shots Vacation Fort Walton Beach FL 2009
We arrived just at Tropical Storm Claudette arrived as well. And our condominium was located on Okaloosa Island (a barrier island) on the first flood right on the beach. I was more worried about flooding than anything else. Fortunately for us, the TS came ashore further east but we still stayed out of the water for a couple of days. (Red flags and rip tides you know but there WERE people actually surfing). It was actually very nice after that.
Volleyball Playing Granddaughter
Jessica, in action shot, serves the game winning series volley. It was an exciting series of games. The other team was equally balanced so it really was an exciting series of games but I have to brag. Our Jessica is a feisty game player..smiles, CC
